How Does Braster Pro Work?
Contact Thermography
![contact_thermography](https://www.genworkshealth.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image_optimised/how-braster-work.jpg?width=424&height=408&name=how-braster-work.jpg)
Contact thermography is a functional method of imaging an organ. Tumor development is associated with a higher temperature in the place where the cancer is growing. Braster can detect those areas of higher temperature. When the device is applied to a skin, a liquid-crystal matrix creates an image representing the distribution of temperature among inner tissues. Those thermographic images are sent for further analysis.
Unique liquid-crystal technology

Liquid crystals are chemical compounds that exhibit the properties of liquids and those of crystaline solids. BRASTER S.A. has an innovative, proprietary technology for producing mixtures of liquid crystals and a Continuous Liquid Crystal Film (CLCF) technology for appplying liquid-crystal emulsion on the film.

STEP 1
The Braster Pro examination is performed by an HCP with the support of a dedicated mobile app and takes about 15 minutes.

STEP 2
During the examination thermographic images are created on the liquid crystal matrix

STEP 3
The thermographic images of the breasts are sent to the Telemedical Center, where they are analyzed by AI algorithms.

STEP 4
The results are available in the HCP's individual account within a couple of minutes. In some cases, the results may need within48 hours.
